How to Order Custom Nozzles
Option 1: Provide Engineering Drawings
Send us your nozzle drawing including ID/AD dimensions with tolerances, total height, base/solder pot type, thread specifications, and any special features.
Option 2: Send a Sample or Old Nozzle
Mail us your old nozzle for reverse engineering. We measure all dimensions precisely, verify the base type and thread pattern, and produce a compatible replacement.
Option 3: Provide Dimensions
If you cannot send a sample, provide ID/AD measured with calipers, height, base diameter and thread type, and photos from multiple angles.
Option 4: Describe Your Application
Tell us your PCB layout, pad dimensions, component spacing, and machine model. We can design a nozzle configuration that matches your needs.
